3. Member Responsibilities
Members agree to:

Maintain discipline during classes, events, and public processions

Use conch instruments safely and responsibly
Members must not:

Engage in any activity that may cause harm to others

Disrupt trainings, group practices, or public events

Misuse the Shankhnaad Pathak name for personal or commercial gain
4. Training & Attendance

Training sessions may be free or paid, depending on the program.

Members must follow the schedule and arrive on time.

The Pathak reserves the right to modify or cancel sessions due to weather, temple guidelines, public instructions, or unforeseen reasons.

Absence from training may affect participation in events and performances.
5. Events & Performances
During Ganeshotsav, Navratri, and other cultural events:

Participation is based on performance, discipline, attendance, and trainer approval.

The Pathak may limit the number of performers for safety or logistics.
-
Final decisions regarding group performance, order, and role allocation rest with the management team.
6. Health & Safety
-
Conch playing requires physical effort, breath control, and endurance.
-
Members must ensure they are medically fit to participate.

If you have respiratory, cardiac, or other conditions, consult a doctor before joining.

The Pathak is not responsible for injuries or health issues arising from participation.
In case of an emergency, basic first-aid support will be provided, but professional medical care is the participant’s responsibility.
7. Use of Photos/Videos
By participating in training or events, you grant the Pathak permission to:

Capture photos/videos
-
Use them for documentation, promotion, and social media
-
Share them on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms
If you do not wish to appear in media content, inform the team in writing before participation.
8. Code of Conduct
All members must:

Maintain cultural and religious respect

Avoid inappropriate behavior, abusive language, and misconduct

Refrain from political, commercial, or controversial activities while representing the Pathak
-
Wear appropriate attire during events and practices (where applicable)
Violation of the code may result in removal from training or events.
9. Fees, Donations & Purchases

Donations for conch instruments, uniforms, or events are voluntary unless specified.

Any purchases made for uniforms, instruments, or merchandise are non-refundable.

If paid events or workshops are offered, fees must be paid in advance.
10. Intellectual Property

All training materials, videos, logos, photos, and content belong to Keshav Shankhnaad Pathak.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Keshav Shankhnaad Pathak will not be liable for:
